A small three-star hotel in the historic centre of Dinkelsbühl, established in 2001 from a farmhouse with roots reaching back to the 15th century. The building has been carefully restored and furnished with antiques, acquiring a distinctive character. Rooms are romantically decorated and quiet, with recently renovated bathrooms that are spacious and equipped with showers, toilets and hairdryers, some also featuring bathtubs or rain showers. The on-site restaurant features a wine room serving Franconian specialties and regional beers, with access to outdoor beer gardens during warm weather from May through September. A house bar and garage are also available.
