Das Kösseinehaus is a year-round mountain lodge run by Fichtelgebirgsvereins, set at 939 metres on the summit of Große Kösseine in the Fichtelgebirge in northeast Bavaria. An observation tower stands beside the building. The restaurant features three separate rooms with traditional tile-stove heating, serving Bohemian and regional cuisine with seasonal dishes and light refreshments. Terraces overlook the Egerland and the Fichtelgebirge ridge. The lodge hosts company and family celebrations, Christmas events, and school outings, with accommodation in 21 beds.
