For a company gathering in central Ponta Delgada, Hotel do Colégio brings together a lounge beneath stone arches, an outdoor pool and Colmeia Heritage restaurant in a nineteenth-century manor house. The building once housed Colégio A Colmeia and later became the first home of Ponta Delgada’s regional music conservatory. Its former schoolyard now forms the hotel’s centre, with the pool connected to the restaurant and bar. School and music history also shape the décor across two distinct parts of the building. At Colmeia Heritage, the cooking draws on Azorean home-style traditions and seasonal local ingredients.
