Company groups come for meetings and events, while families stay amid the green grounds below the Serra da Arrábida. Hotel Club d’Azeitão occupies a restored seventeenth-century building surrounded by a large estate, twenty minutes from Lisbon. Meeting rooms and a multimedia room provide indoor space for group sessions; outside, the grounds include a swimming pool, tennis court and golf course. The Club restaurant serves meals, and its fireplace gives guests a place to sit even when they are not dining. There is also a bar, café, reading room and children’s playground on site.
