Herdade dos Grous is a working wine and agrotourism estate in the Alentejo, among vineyards, olive groves and cork forests. Its garden and infinity pool look out over a lake, while the estate’s own wines can shape a team session, from making wine to a blind tasting. Meetings take place in rooms with natural light and audiovisual equipment, or in an amphitheatre; the restaurant and its terrace provide space for other events. The restaurant serves traditional Alentejo cooking, drawing on organic produce grown on the farm. At the Wine Bar, estate wines are paired with tapas, regional bread, cheese and cured meats. Riding lessons, water sports and hot-air balloon trips are among the activities available to groups.
