A visit to UPUP starts on the trampolines, then groups can move to a private room for refreshments before heading off. In Rio de Mouro, the park centres its activities on trampolining, with sessions for beginners and more experienced jumpers, as well as classes and group events. Company gatherings can use a room equipped with audiovisual equipment, with personalised catering and staff support. The trampolines are the focus of the programme, rather than a conventional meeting setting. For a different group outing, the By Night format combines trampoline time with a disco atmosphere.
