Hotel U kozičky was created by reconstructing an old burgher house in 2001. The history of the house itself dates back to 1817, when it originally bore the name Zum Bergstein. An extension built in 2014 created a modern complex providing guests with the standard of a four-star hotel.
The hotel is located on the edge of the Castle Park, in close proximity to the spa buildings Beethoven and Imperial Baths. From the pension's windows, there is a unique view of the most attractive part of the historic center of Teplice – a complex of castle buildings, churches, and spas. Thanks to its location, it offers an ideal connection between the possibility of relaxation in the castle park or spas and walks to the city shopping center, less than 300 meters away. Considering that the house stands independently on the Letná slope, you will be free from the noise of large spa and hotel complexes.

We offer 3 differently sized spaces that can be rented for seminars, training sessions, celebrations, weddings, presentations, or receptions. A projector, flipchart, and screen are available for loan; sound is provided through ceiling speakers. The rooms can be darkened, and internet access is naturally available. The largest hall has a capacity of up to 80 people, the next hall up to 35 people, and the smallest up to 25 people. Two seminar rooms adjoin a separate terrace with a view of the historic center.
