Zollhaus is a restaurant in the heart of historic Forchheim focused on seasonal cuisine made from local ingredients. Dishes are prepared using produce from its own garden, fields of local farmers, and the natural resources of Franconia. The main restaurant accommodates up to 60 guests, the more intimate Ratsherrenstube on the first floor seats 20 to 40 people, or can be hired exclusively for up to 90 guests. The restaurant hosts over one hundred events annually, including themed tasting menus, table brunches and wine dinners from prestigious vineyards.
