Quinta da Rabaçosa sits in the Paiva Valley, in Mões, with the preserved landscapes of central Portugal and routes towards the north within reach. The rural estate grew around a nineteenth-century mill on the riverbank; its old stone wheels have fallen quiet, leaving the sound of the Paiva as part of the setting.
