For meetings and events, the pousada has distinct spaces, including the Sado Room, whose large terrace looks across the river and rice fields, and the Old Church for more formal celebrations. It occupies a medieval castle on a hill in Alcácer do Sal, overlooking the waters of the Sado. The cloister can host evening dancing, while the gardens are used for late-afternoon cocktails. Sala das Colunas, the restaurant rebuilt on the ruins of the Convent of Aracoelli, serves traditional Portuguese cuisine with Sadino wine and views of the castle walls. In summer, the pool bar serves snacks and light meals beside the outdoor pool, set among gardens and historic walls.
