OREA Spa Hotels are located in the center of Mariánské Lázně, close to attractions such as the Singing Fountain, the Colonnade and park, and mineral springs. The hotels offer comfortable accommodation either in the modern building of OREA Spa Hotel Cristal, known for its own mineral springs and treatment programs, or in the Art Nouveau buildings of OREA Spa Hotel Bohemia or OREA Spa Hotel Palace Zvon. The hotels feature various wellness facilities as well as lounges for meetings and events. The hotels cooperate with the city theater and sports complexes, which are great places for teambuilding activities. The hotels offer accommodation in a total of 302 rooms.

Conference facilities
The hotels offer several meeting rooms with capacities ranging from 10 to 200 people. OREA Spa Hotel Cristal has a meeting hall with a total area of 215 m2 and a capacity of up to 200 people in theater seating with natural daylight and the possibility to divide the hall into two. The hall also has a private terrace. OREA Spa Hotel Bohemia offers a lounge on the first floor suitable not only for meetings and smaller seminars but also, thanks to its Art Nouveau design and private balcony, is a great space for social events with a capacity of up to 50 people in theater seating. OREA Spa Hotel Palace Zvon has two unique social spaces. The Opera Salon has a capacity of up to 80 people and the Ludvík Salon up to 40 people in theater seating. Both have natural daylight and Art Nouveau decorations.
