About this venue
Set among parkland above the River Nore, Mount Juliet Estate brings together the Georgian Manor and contemporary Hunter’s Yard. The estate’s history reaches back to the first Earl of Carrick, who named it for his wife, Lady Julianna Butler. Meetings can take place in rooms at Hunter’s Yard, including a boardroom, or in the vaulted room in the Manor’s original cellar. Outdoor areas are also used for events and team activities. Dining ranges from Michelin-starred Lady Helen to The Hound, with afternoon tea at The Manor and the Clubhouse also on site. Beyond the meeting spaces, the estate has a golf course and walking trails, alongside activities such as horse riding, fishing, falconry and archery. A spa, swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms round out the leisure facilities. Kilkenny City is about twenty minutes away, Thomastown train station about ten minutes, and Dublin around an hour and a half.
