The 200-year-old heritage building sits in a quiet mountain setting with walking and cycling routes nearby, plus swimming facilities and cultural sites in the surrounding area. The main apartment occupies the first floor of a separate newly built house. Two further apartments are located in the attic of the farmhouse. The garden features seating, grills, a herb garden, playground with vehicles, trampoline, and covered sandbox. Animals on the farm include donkeys, Haflinger horses, and cats. Amenities in each apartment include a full kitchen, washer-dryer, television, and WiFi. A roll service operates on weekdays, and fresh milk from the farm is complimentary.
