Lohei is a heritage farmstead between Chiemsee and Kaiserwinklem, transformed into a retreat with three freestanding timber chalets and a historic stone house set across several thousand square metres of ecological orchard meadow. Each chalet features its own wellness area with zirben-wood sauna, fireplace, loggias and terraces, furnished throughout with carefully selected fabrics, distinctive tilework and furniture in a mixed style combined with rural antiques and original artworks. The grounds include herb and vegetable gardens, a teppanyaki grill, shaded seating beneath mature lindens, and a 60-square-metre sports room for bouldering, table tennis and yoga. Parking includes electric-vehicle charging stations, and a range of household facilities supports extended stays.
