People come to Montes Claros – Lisbon Secret Spot for professional and personal events in the green surroundings of Monsanto. Architect Francisco Keil do Amaral designed the two-storey building, completed in 1949; a full renovation later introduced contemporary event spaces inside. Outside, a public garden is laid out like an amphitheatre, with a reflecting pool, ducks and pergolas framed by stone columns. Views take in Lisbon, the Tagus River and the Sintra mountains. The venue has its own catering service, with menus shaped by chef Luís Baena and a creative team of chefs.
