Immerso sits in a green valley near the coastal town of Ericeira, away from the bustle and, as the hotel puts it, close to Lisbon. The setting comes through in the scents of pine, citrus and sea air, while the naturally lit meeting room has a balcony overlooking the valley. An open lobby, bar and restaurant area gives groups a place for breaks, meals and evening gatherings. EMME draws on regional cooking, while EMME On Fire serves outdoor meals prepared over charcoal or in a wood-fired oven. Away from the meeting table, the programme can include yoga, time in the Aqua Zone, a spa treatment or a ride on e-bikes around the surrounding area.
