The architecture and interiors draw on local landscape and tradition, while the estate’s Santa Vitória winery and olive press give groups a close look at wine and olive oil production, with tastings and the possibility of joining the grape harvest. Meeting rooms cater for business gatherings, congresses and events, and can also be used for team-building. Restaurante Versátil serves traditional Alentejo food; Bar Alazão, beside the bullring, operates for groups and events. Away from the meeting rooms, activities include walks, horse or carriage rides, jeep safaris and visits to the farm and educational garden.
