The hotel is located near the center of the city of Zlín. It offers accommodation mainly in double rooms with private bathrooms and in 3 apartments for 4 people. The apartments consist of two double rooms and a shared bathroom. The rooms have double beds or separate beds. In case the room is not equipped with a refrigerator, students with a concluded accommodation contract may, after prior agreement with the management, bring their own refrigerator to Garni (the refrigerator including freezer may have a total volume of max. 120L and must have a valid inspection and control according to the ČSN 33 160 standard).

A self-service washing machine and dryer (payment via mobile application) are available in the building. An iron (there is a separate room with an ironing board for ironing) or a vacuum cleaner can be borrowed at the reception.

On the first floor, there is a shared kitchenette equipped with dining tables with chairs, a sink, shared refrigerators, microwave ovens, induction cookers (own cookware suitable for induction), and electric kettles.

Next to the reception, there is a vending machine with refreshments.

On the ground floor of the building, there is a restaurant where it is possible to buy breakfasts and lunches (lunch menu) on working days. Students and employees can use a student card (loaded credit) or UTB employee card when paying to use a reduced (subsidized) price.
Wi-fi connection is available throughout the building.
