Visitors come for the Sanctuary of Fátima, directly across the street from the hotel. Founded in the 1950s and reopened after a full refurbishment, Hotel Estrela de Fátima draws its interior design from the region, with rooms decorated in floral or tree motifs. Modern, equipped meeting rooms are available for meetings, training and conferences, with coffee breaks, lunch and dinner among the event services. The restaurant serves a breakfast buffet and dishes inspired by regional flavours; in winter, a fireplace gives the bar a welcoming place to gather at day’s end. Elsewhere, guests can spend time on the terrace or in the library, whose collection includes books about the events of Fátima. The saltwater pool has sun loungers, shaded areas and a shallow section for children.
