The hotel offers 6 halls with a capacity ranging from 15 to 140 people. All halls are equipped with air conditioning. All halls have access to natural daylight. The spaces feature effective blackout and sufficient soundproofing. The offer includes the latest audio-video technology. The halls are covered by WIFI signal.

The halls are equipped free of charge with data projectors (or SMART TVs), screens, flipcharts including paper and markers (at least 4 colors), magnetic surfaces for placing papers on walls (including magnets). Sounded presentations are also available.

We can also provide a podium, lectern, laser pointer, telephone in the hall, copying, laptops, video camera, own data circuit, fast WIFI network, professional videoconferencing or tailor-made computer infrastructure, facilities for interpreting…

Each lounge has its own refreshment facilities, which include a coffee and tea maker, a refrigerator for chilled drinks, a table with complete inventory for serving refreshments.

For our clients, there is a person assigned by the hotel who takes care only of refreshments, replenishing and cleaning the inventory. All drinks are charged according to actual consumption – the coffee machine has its own counter of served portions and drinks in the refrigerator are charged individually.
