Holiday Inn Beja is a city-centre hotel for work trips with Beja’s historic sights close by on foot, including the castle and cathedral. It occupies a renovated building whose original façade has been preserved, with a work by artist Vhils incorporated into it. Inside, artworks and tapestries pay tribute to Alentejo poets Florbela Espanca and Mário Beirão. Meeting, conference and event spaces carry the poets’ names, and catering is available.
