Epiphaniensaal is a 265 m² hall with parquet flooring, a stage, natural daylight and flexible table and chair arrangements. It includes a projector, screen and sound system, with flipcharts and noticeboards available on request. The building also houses four seminar rooms accommodating groups from 10 to 35 people, located in Berlin's Westend district near U2 station Kaiserdamm (5 minutes on foot) and S-trains S41/S42 at Messe Nord/ZOB (7 minutes). There is parking for 15 vehicles. The complex is under heritage protection. Tenants are responsible for cleaning and tidying the spaces, which are not included in the rental fee.
