The building is composed of 75% wood, with interior walls and ceilings made from spruce wood, emphasizing natural materials. The design integrates modern construction with a focus on sustainability, including a steel concrete core and a wood exterior, which together provide a unique atmosphere. The hotel actively contributes to reducing CO₂ emissions by utilizing wood, which grows back annually and offsets the carbon footprint of construction. Certified for sustainability through the TQB certification, it offers a combination of innovative architecture and environmental responsibility.
