About this venue
Botel Vodník was originally built in 1971 as a cargo ship at a shipyard in Rostock, Germany. For many years it served as a cargo ship and was operated by various owners. In 1991 it was purchased and transferred to Prague, where it was converted into a hotel botel.
During the reconstruction, all cabins were converted into modern, comfortable cabins and an apartment with a view of the Vltava River.
The terrace offers a beautiful view of Vyšehrad, which is directly opposite the botel.
Botel Vodník is one of the oldest botels in Prague and remains very popular for its uniqueness and location on the river. It is a favorite place for tourists looking for an unconventional way to stay in the city center.
