The hotel was created by reconstructing a former farmstead. In 2006, the demanding construction work was completed and the first guests could be accommodated. The hotel was given its character and name by the owner's hobby of horses. Mr. Kovařík has been devoted to the cultivation of bonsai for over 30 years. During that time, he created a picturesque corner with a relaxation garden featuring a permanent bonsai exhibition.
