Aurea Fátima has five meeting rooms, with three able to open into one larger space. Set-ups can be adapted to the event, from classroom rows to U or O shapes, with stages also available. Meeting equipment includes projectors, room sound, microphones, screens and flipcharts. For breaks, the Ametista lounge bar opens onto an esplanade, while Malaquite and Fluorite serve groups buffet meals or set menus. A business centre, lobby and the Pirite Reading Room provide additional places to gather. The hotel stands on Fátima’s main avenue, a short distance from the Sanctuary. Its distinctive interior design runs through the spacious shared areas, while regional historical photographs appear in the guest rooms.
